Do businesses ever see my phone number?

No. They reach you only through the app — never your real number, email, or address. Only your name, and only if you choose to share it.

Is my data shared or sold?

No. BizLoops doesn't sell, rent, or share your personal data. If that ever changes, we'll tell you in advance and give you the choice to opt out first. See our Privacy Policy.

Can I download my conversation history?

Yes. Export your full history, including call recordings, anytime from the app.

How do I block a business?

Open the business, tap the menu, and tap Block — you'll confirm with a quick reason. They can't contact you again, and you can unblock them anytime from Settings.

What happens if I delete my account?

Your login stops working and you can't sign in again, and we remove your profile, your connection list, and the content of your messages. We keep your email address and name and the record that you accepted call recording — that record is how we show a recorded call was lawful if it is ever disputed. We don't use it for marketing or analytics. Deleting your account does not by itself remove what a business you connected with holds about you; ask each business to delete its records too.
