Calls run through the app

Businesses reach you inside BizLoops, not on your personal line. They never see your phone number, and the security page lists in full what they do see.

You own every recording

Every call is recorded for both sides. Replay it, export it, keep it — the recording is the truth, and it's yours.

Block any business

Done with a business? Block them with a quick confirm — and unblock them later from Settings if you change your mind.

You set the hours

Choose exactly when businesses can call you. A call placed outside your windows is refused.

BizLoops doesn't sell, rent, or share your personal data — not with businesses, not with anyone. If that ever changes, we'll tell you in advance and give you the choice to opt out first.

Calls and messages stay inside BizLoops. Contacting you off-platform with what a business learns here is a breach of its agreement with us.

Privacy questions

Do businesses ever see my phone number?

They reach you inside the app, not on your personal line, and the app gives them no screen that carries your number. A business you connect with sees your name, your profile photo if you set one, your time zone, your availability and an internal account identifier for you — and nothing else from your profile.

Is my data shared or sold?

No. BizLoops doesn't sell, rent, or share your personal data. If that ever changes, we'll tell you in advance and give you the choice to opt out first. See our Privacy Policy.

Can I download my conversation history?

Yes. Download any call recording from the app, and request a full data export of your account — one export per 24 hours.

How do I block a business?

Open the business, tap the menu, and tap Block — you'll confirm with a quick reason. They can't contact you again, and you can unblock them anytime from Settings.

What happens if I delete my account?

Your login stops working and you can't sign in again, and we remove your profile, your connection list, and the content of your messages. We keep your email address and name and the record that you accepted call recording — that record is how we show a recorded call was lawful if it is ever disputed. We don't use it for marketing or analytics. Deleting your account does not by itself remove what a business you connected with holds about you; ask each business to delete its records too.
